Facing Sculpture Receives Philly Gold Award

Photographer Ricardo Barros received a coveted "Best of 2004" Philly Gold award for his book, Facing Sculpture: A Portfolio of Portraits, Sculpture and Related Ideas. The Philly Gold design competition is an annual event identifying the Philadelphia region's finest creative work. A total of over 200 applicants submitted more than 1,300 entries to the 2004 competition. Barros' work was recognized for its visual strength as well as for its innovation as a marketing tool.
